RETURN POLICY

We welcome returns. We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for all items. Items marked with a SALE sign CAN be returned and exchanged!

Garments must not be worn or washed and must have tags attached. Garments that have been laundered or altered may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping is not refundable.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund to your requested payment method within 48 to 72 hours.

 All items are returnable.

EXCHANGES

You can simply send the items to be exchanged back to the above return address. Write a note explaining the items that you want to exchange and the new items that you want including size and color. You can also email us or call us! 

If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund you. Otherwise, we will make arrangements with you so we can collect the difference.

BOGO SALES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return items from a BOGO offer?

Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for an exchange or for store credit. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased pair and the other being the discounted or free pair.

If both items from a BOGO sale are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded in the form of an in-store credit or refund back to the original form of payment.

The purchased, discounted or free items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for exchange for any other discounted or free items from the BOGO promotion of equal value or lesser value.

The full priced item from a BOGO sale can be returned for in-store credit, the full amount of that original item will be credited to the in-store account.

If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned for a refund back to the original form of payment, the store will charge the full amount of the kept item based on its original value and will refund the difference.
